How much does shipping cost?

We provide secured shipping by UPS and do cover a portion or the full shipping costs depending on the order size. North American orders below $129 are subject to $9.50 for shipping, orders $130 and above come with Free shipping. Do remember that we provide Free return shipping for all North American exchanges and refunds. Please keep in mind that depending on certain brands, import fees may apply and are not refundable.

All orders are processed and shipped within 48 hours of purchase. Any orders placed on weekends or holidays will be shipped the next available business day. Tracking information will be sent via email upon shipment of goods. Import Fees may apply depending on brand. Goods are shipped via UPS or USPS depending on brand and destination.

You name it and we have more than likely shipped some shoes there, from South Africa to Russia we have all the bases covered.

In what currency are your prices?

All of our items are priced in the United States Dollar.

What sizing system do you use for your shoes?

All of our shoes are listed in standard North American sizes.

How long does it take to receive my order?

If an item is purchased on a weekend it will be shipped out within the first two business days of the following week. Otherwise, all orders are processed and shipped within 48 hours. We do use a standard UPS mail service which arrives within 6-10 business days, sometimes sooner. For rush orders please inquire at info@shoeguru.ca.

How can I tell if a shoe will fit me right?

No two shoes are ever the same, and if you are ever uncertain about the specific fit of a shoe, narrow or wide, do not hesitate to contact our trained staff at info@shoeguru.ca.

Since we are an online retailer we can keep our overhead costs low and therefore can offer significantly cheaper prices than any physical store location.
